In 2021, Merrill Herzog, a leading firm in crisis response for high-risk insurance, played a pivotal role in the evacuation efforts during the crisis in Kabul, Afghanistan. This experience highlighted a significant flaw within the global travel safety market: individuals on the ground were often left unsupported by their governments and response firms, and in some instances, were given advice that endangered their lives.
Following this event, Merrill Herzog's crisis response team pinpointed substantial discrepancies between the services promised by travel membership markets and what was actually delivered.
After two years of collaborative development and forming strategic partnerships with top-tier air ambulance services, aircraft charters, a London-based Managing General Agent (MGA), a Lloyd's syndicate, and a team of industry leading response experts, Merrill Herzog established Frontline Global. Frontline Global is redefining standards in global travel assistance and response.
